The Other Side

Dense living area in Jakarta

Not all is glamorous and shiny in this city. In the distance where skyscrapers reside, it maybe is. But on the other side, it’s a different story. This picture was taken near Tomang area, West Jakarta. With population density of 12,957.31/km2 (2008 - Wikipedia), this area is one of the densest in Jakarta. If say, there is fire in the middle of it, imagine how firefighters will work.
