Scottish Aviation

I’m cheating this week and posting another photo of the abandoned plane from last Sunday. The plane is a Scottish Aviation Twin Pioneer. They were in operation in the 1950s and were used for civilian purposes. I promise, no more planes next week.

Somehow, I just don’t think it could get off the ground anymore! Cool, earthy photo!

    So nice object!
This is one of a big advantage in Indonesia for photographer to take objects like this at point-blank range.

Please let me know where if you can. At previous article, you said here was Tangerang.
Does it mean near the airport or not? And can enter without permission?

Nyka, here is a map on how to get there. The airtstip is the long retangle at the bottom of the map. When you get to Sukamulya or Malapar, ask for directions to the airstrip. It is not visible from the road as it is quite overgrown. Access is not restricted. Hope that helps.
